Monkfish Morsels

Recipe Ingredients:

6 prosciutto slices
12 ounces monkfish fillets (fresh or defrosted), skinned and cubed in approximately 12 pieces
Salt and ground black pepper, to taste

Cooking Directions:

  1. Preheat grill.
  2. Cut each prosciutto slice in half and wrap around the cubes of fish. Secure with a toothpick and season.
  3. Cook on a moderately heated grill for 5 to 7 minutes, turning once.

Makes 3 servings.
