Ortega Refried Bean Dip
A blend refried beans and salsa makes a quick and unique dip for unexpected guests. Serve with crispy tortilla or corn chips.
3 cups ORTEGA® Refried Beans - divided use
3/4 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 cup ORTEGA Salsa® - Homestyle Recipe
1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese for garnish
1 green onion, chopped for garnish
- Place 1 1/2 cups refried beans in food processor. Cover. Process until smooth. Transfer to medium bowl.
- Add sour cream, cumin, salsa and remaining beans, mix well. Garnish top of dip with shredded cheese and chopped green onion.
