Popcorn Trail Mix

Popcorn Trail MixMake a batch of this energy-boosting popcorn and dried fruit snack mix to take along on your next hike.

Recipe Ingredients:

8 ounces raisins
6 ounces diced, dried fruit (apricots, apples, etc.)
1 quart popped popcorn (air popped)

Cooking Directions:

  1. Set freshly popped popcorn in large bowl. Add diced fruit and raisins.
  2. Toss popcorn and fruit until combined thoroughly.

Makes about 6 cups.
