Sirloin Satay
This sizzling beef dish makes a tantalizing hors d'œuvre. Or, increase the portions and serve as simple entrée for a light dinner.
Recipe Ingredients:
1 pound Certified Angus Beef® sirloin steak, sliced across the grain into 1/4-inch strips
1/4 cup Lea & Perrins® Worcestershire Sauce
Cooking Directions:
- Marinate steak strips in Worcestershire Sauce for 30 minutes.
- Thread strips onto skewers.
- Grill about 1 minute per side or until desired doneness.
Makes 8 appetizer servings.
