Summer Fruit Kabobs
Serve these as a fun, healthy snack.
1 fresh peach
1 fresh nectarine
2 fresh plums
12 ounces mozzarella cheese (made from part skimmed milk)
4 wooden skewers
- Remove pits from fruit and cut into thick chunks.
- Cut cheese into 12 (1-ounce) chunks.
- Thread fruit and cheese onto skewers.
- Skewers may be prepared a few hours ahead of time and stored in an air-tight container in the refrigerator.
Makes 4 servings.
