Tex-Mex Mix

Tex-Mex Mix 1Toss some popcorn with traditional southwestern seasonings and some teeny-tiny diced cubes of Monterey Jack cheese and defeat those munchies -- Tex-Mex style.

Recipe Ingredients:

2 quarts popcorn popped in vegetable oil
2 teaspoons ground chili powder
2 teaspoons paprika powder
2 teaspoons ground cumin
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese

Cooking Directions:

  1. Keep popped popcorn warm.
  2. Mix seasonings together and toss with popcorn. Add cheese and mix thoroughly.

Makes 3 cups.
