In The Pan Brownies

In The Pan BrowniesMaking brownies by scratch couldn't be easier and there are less dishes to clean up! Simply melt the butter, mix the ingredients and bake these chocolaty delights all in the same pan.

Recipe Ingredients:

1/2 cup butter
2 cups granulated sugar
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup chopped pecans
4 large eggs
4 packets (4 ounces total) NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® CHOCO BAKE® Pre-Melted Unsweetened Chocolate Flavor
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Cooking Directions:

  1. Melt butter in 13x9x2-inch baking pan in preheated 350°F (175°C). oven for 5 to 10 minutes.
  2. Stir in sugar, flour, pecans, eggs, Choco Bake and vanilla extract with a fork until well blended. Smooth batter with spatula.
  3. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely in pan on wire rack.

Makes 28 bars.

Flavor Variation: Add 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon.
