Broiled Seasoned Steak

4 Porterhouse or T-Bone Steaks, 3/4-inch thick
1 clove garlic, minced
2 teaspoons steak seasoning
- Combine steak seasoning and minced garlic, and rub on steaks.
- Place steak on broiler pan so surface of beef is 3 to 4-inch from heat.
- Broil 10 to 13 minutes, turning once.
Makes 4 servings.
