Grilled T-Bone Steak for Two with Wasabi Sauce

Recipe Ingredients:

Wasabi Sauce:
3 tablespoons maple syrup
2 tablespoons reduced to sodium soy sauce
1 1/2 teaspoons wasabi paste
1 teaspoon minced fresh ginger

1 pound beef T-Bone steak, cut 1-inch thick
1 teaspoon steak seasoning

Cooking Directions:

  1. Combine Wasabi Sauce ingredients in a small bowl. Set aside.
  2. Press steak seasoning evenly onto beef steak. Place steak on grid over medium, ash-covered coals.
  3. Grill, uncovered, 14 to 16 minutes (over medium heat on preheated gas grill, covered, 15 to 19 minutes) for medium to rare (145°F | 62.7°C) to medium (160°F | 71.1°C) doneness, turning occasionally.
  4. Remove bone; carve steak crosswise into slices.
  5. Serve with Wasabi sauce.
