
Marinated London Broil
A delicious marinade adds moisture and flavor to this grilled cut of beef. Recipe submitted by Tim Brannigan of Hamilton, Ohio USA.
Recipe Ingredients:
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup lemon juice
3 tablespoons ketchup
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
2 pounds London broil
Cooking Directions:
- Combine first 6 ingredients in large bowl with lid. Mix well. Add meat and cover. Marinate for 3 to 6 hours.
- Remove meat from bowl reserving liquid. Grill meat over medium coals or place under broiler until desired temperature (5 to 7 minutes per side for rare-medium rare).
- Cut thin slices across the grain to serve.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
