Banana Mango Ginger Smoothie

1 medium banana
1/2 cup pineapple
1/2 cup mango
1/2 cup green tea, cooled
1 tablespoon honey
4 ice cubes
2 tablespoons canola oil
1/2 teaspoon crystallized ginger
- In a blender, add banana, pineapple, mango, green tea, honey, ice cubes, canola oil and ginger.
- Blend until combined. Serve immediately.
Makes 4 servings.
Tip: Use fresh or frozen fruit. Your favorite cold tea may be substituted for green tea.
