Berry Blue Smoothie
With the superb health benefits of the blueberry, this is a very, berry good drink for you!
Recipe Ingredients:
2 cups fresh or slightly thawed frozen blueberries
1 (6-ounce) container lowfat vanilla or other flavored yogurt
1 cup fruit juice, such as orange, pineapple or apple
1 tablespoon honey or sugar, more or less to taste
Cooking Directions:
- Place all ingredients into the container of an electric blender and blend on HIGH until smooth.
- Serve immediately.
Makes 3 servings.
Tip: For a thicker smoothie, add several ice cubes and blend on HIGH until smooth.
