Blueberry Eggnog
A berry blue twist on a holiday nog!
Recipe Ingredients:
1/2 cup pasteurized egg product
1 1/2 cups cold milk
1/2 cup fresh blueberries
2 tablespoons honey
Nutmeg for sprinkling
Cooking Directions:
- Place all ingredients into the container of electric blender and blend on high until smooth. Serve immediately with a sprinkling of nutmeg.
Makes 2 servings.
