Blueberry Orange Whirl
Whirl up this quick and easy blueberry and orange smoothie for a refreshing start or pick-me-up treat.
Recipe Ingredients:
1 (12-ounce) package frozen blueberries, unthawed or 2 1/2 cups fresh blueberries
1 (8-ounce) container low-fat vanilla yogurt
1/2 cup orange juice
1/2 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Cooking Directions:
- Place all ingredients into the container of electric blender and blend on high until smooth. Serve immediately.
Makes 4 servings.
