Blueberry Fruit Shake
Frozen blueberries, a choice of other frozen fruits, milk and vanilla are blended into a icey cold and fruity shake.
Recipe Ingredients:
2 cups frozen blueberries
1 cup frozen mixed fruit (including canteloupe, honeydew, grapes, peaches, bananas, etc.)
1 cup milk
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Cooking Directions:
- In the container of a food processor or blender, place blueberries, mixed fruit, milk, sugar and vanilla extract; whirl until smooth. Serve immediately.
Makes 2 to 3 servings.
Nutritional Information Per Serving (1/2 of recipe): 237 calories, 6 grams protein, 5 grams fat, 43 grams carbohydrate.
