Breakfast Energy Smoothie

Recipe Ingredients:
1 (6 to 8-ounce) container plain or strawberry yogurt
1 cup fat free milk
1 packet Classic French Vanilla Flavor CARNATION® BREAKFAST ESSENTIALS™ Complete Nutritional Drink
1 banana, cut into pieces
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon wheat germ or oat bran
1/2 cup ice cubes
Cooking Directions:
- Place yogurt, milk, Carnation Breakfast Essentials Drink, banana, honey, wheat germ and ice in blender; cover. Blend until smooth.
