Fall Harvest Smoothie
Garnish the top of this honey-sweetened apple yogurt drink with a light sprinkling of cinnamon.
Recipe Ingredients:
2 (8-ounce) containers vanilla low-fat yogurt
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup honey
1 cup thawed, frozen Michigan apple juice concentrate, undiluted
3 cups milk
Cooking Directions:
- In 2-quart pitcher, thoroughly combine yogurt, sugar, honey and apple juice concentrate. Cover and refrigerate for about 1 hour or until thoroughly chilled.
- Add milk to chilled yogurt mixture, stir to combine and serve immediately.
Makes 6 servings.
