Fuzzy Navel Smoothie
A deliciously refreshing peach and orange smoothie everyone will enjoy.
1 cup orange juice
1 fresh peach, sliced or 1/2 cup frozen sliced peaches
1 medium banana
1 (8-ounce) container vanilla-flavored yogurt
1 tablespoon granulated sugar (optional)
- Place juice, peaches, banana, yogurt and sugar in a blender; cover. Blend until smooth.
Makes 2 servings.
Tip: For thicker smoothies without adding calories, toss in a few ice cubes before blending.
