Fuzzy Navel Smoothie
This peach and orange smoothie, with its added boost of a nutritional protein drink mix, makes for a quick and wholesome breakfast-in-a-glass -- or an refreshing afternoon or after-school snack.
1 cup orange juice
1/2 cup fresh or frozen sliced peaches
1/2 medium banana
1/4 cup plain fat free yogurt
1 packet No Sugar Added Classic French Vanilla Flavor CARNATION® BREAKFAST ESSENTIALS™ Complete Nutritional Drink
- Place juice, peaches, banana, yogurt and Carnation Breakfast Essentials Drink in blender; cover. Blend until smooth.
