The whirled, creamy combination of yogurt, banana, pineapple and fresh strawberries make a deliciously healthy fruit smoothie.
1 cup low-fat yogurt
1 cup pineapple juice
5 fresh strawberries, cleaned and hulled
1 banana, peeled
1/4 cup ice cubes
- Combine yogurt, pineapple juice, strawberries, banana and ice cubes in a blender. Process until smooth. Serve in chilled glasses.
