Kiddie Coconut Milk Chiller
Forget its name, this frosty beverage isn't just for kids! Both young and old alike will enjoy this cool and creamy tropical milk drink made with fresh pineapple and coconut sorbet.
1 cup whole, 2% or non-fat milk
1 cup coconut sorbet or pineapple sherbet
1/2 cup fresh or canned pineapple chunks
1/2 teaspoon coconut extract
Fresh pineapple spears for garnish (optional)
- Place milk, sherbet, pineapple and coconut extract in blender container. Cover; blend until smooth.
- Pour into glasses; garnish with pineapple spears, if desired.
Makes 2 servings.
