Mango Lassi

No recipe image available.Mango lassi gets its inspiration from a popular yogurt drink in India. Ready in just 5 minutes, this blender-made beverage is quite refreshing.

Recipe Ingredients:

1 (11.5-ounce) can mango nectar, chilled
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1/4 teaspoon crushed dried mint, or 2 fresh mint leaves
1/8 teaspoon ground cumin, (optional)
1/8 teaspoon salt

Cooking Directions:

  1. Place nectar, yogurt, mint, cumin and salt in blender; cover. Blend until combined.

Makes 2 servings.
