Mango Licuado
This 'batido de mango' (mango smoothie) is a meal in itself and perfect for any time of the day. And with healthy servings of mango, milk and guava nectar you can feel great knowing that it's good for you.
Recipe Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups chopped mango (fresh, jarred or frozen)1 cup guava or mango nectar, chilled
2/3 cup (5 ounce can) NESTLÉ® CARNATION® Evaporated Milk
Juice from 2 limes
1 tablespoon packed brown sugar
Ice cubes (optional)
Cooking Directions:
- Place mango, nectar, evaporated milk, lime juice and sugar in blender; cover. Blend until smooth. Serve over ice.
