Minted Malted Milk
This recipe proves that there is so much more you can do with pastel pillow mints than just filling up the candy dishes at weddings and baby showers.
Recipe Ingredients:
3/4 cup milk2 tablespoons chocolate instant malted milk powder
5 pastel pillow mints
Cooking Directions:
- Stovetop Directions: In a small saucepan combine the milk, chocolate malted milk powder, and mints. Cook and stir over medium heat about 4 minutes or until the mixture is hot.
- Microwave Directions: In a microwave-safe mug stir together the milk and chocolate malted milk powder. Stir in mints. Microwave, uncovered, on high for 1 1/2 to 1 3/4 minutes or until hot. Stir again before serving.
Makes 1 serving. (Recipe can be increased, as desired.)
