A festive, wintertime combination of chocolate, coffee and eggnog topped with whipped cream and grated chocolate.
1 tablespoon milk chocolate chips
3/4 cup hot brewed coffee
2 tablespoons purchased or homemade eggnog
Lightly sweetened whipped cream
- Place chocolate chips in mug; add coffee. Let sit for 1 minute; use fork or small whisk to blend chocolate and coffee. Stir in eggnog. Top with whipped cream and grated chocolate.
Makes 1 serving.
