Peaches and Yogurt Smoothie
This smoothie is a great way to get a dose of probiotic-rich yogurt, fruit and fiber.
Recipe Ingredients:
1 medium banana
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 cup frozen peaches
1/2 cup green tea, cooled
1/2 cup low-fat plain yogurt
4 ice cubes
1 tablespoon honey
Cooking Directions:
- In a blender, add banana, blueberries, peaches, green tea, yogurt, ice cubes and honey.
- Blend until combined. Serve immediately.
