Pumpkin Smoothie

Pumpkin SmoothieFor a quick breakfast or snack, try this healthy pumpkin smoothie that features an extra nutritional boost from a raw pasteurized egg.

Recipe Ingredients:

1 banana
1 Safest Choice Egg*
1/2 cup low fat yogurt
1/4 cup canned pumpkin
1 tablespoon peanut butter
1/3 cup skim milk
1/2 cup ice
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon honey

Cooking Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

Makes 1 serving.

*Because they're pasteurized in a warm water bath, they're safe for all no-bake and no-cook recipes.
