Raspberry Orange Brunch Smoothie

No recipe image available.Whirl together orange juice, frozen raspberries and a little sugar, strain out the seeds and then stir in milk for a delicious beverage to serve for brunch.

Recipe Ingredients:

3 cups orange juice
3 cups individually frozen raspberries
3 tablespoons granulated sugar
1 1/2 cups low-fat milk

Cooking Directions:

  1. In a blender container, place first three ingredients. Cover and process at high until smooth.
  2. Press mixture through sieve to remove raspberry seeds.
  3. Stir in milk and serve in chilled glasses.

Makes 6 servings.
