Refreshing Spring Smoothie

1/2 cup cranberries, fresh or frozen
1 Anjou pear, peeled, cored and chopped
8 ounces fat-free plain yogurt
1/3 cup orange juice
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons hazelnut meal*
1/2 teaspoon orange zest
- Place all ingredients in blender. Blend until smooth.
Makes 2 servings.
*To make hazelnut meal, place approximately 1/4 cup toasted hazelnuts in food processor and pulse until finely ground.
