Rosé Punch

No recipe image available.A grown-up version of party punch. The perfect cocktail punch for an appetizer party.

Recipe Ingredients:

1 (750-ml.) bottle rosé wine
1 (28-ounce) bottle club soda
1 cup lemon juice
1 cup orange liqueur (Cointreau or Triple Sec)
Ice mold
2 (750-ml.) bottles dry sparkling wine, like Champagne
Frozen orange slices, as garnish

Cooking Directions:

  1. Combine first four ingredients and pour over ice mold in punch bowl. Add sparkling wine as guests arrive.
  2. Serve in wine glasses, floating orange slices in each to keep punch chilled.

Makes about 30 (1/2-cup) servings.
