Soynut-Banana Smoothie

Soynut-Banana SmoothieStart your day off right with this nutritious banana- and nut-flavored shake.

Recipe Ingredients:

2 cups chocolate soy milk
2 large bananas
12 tablespoons high-protein soy powder
1/4 cup soynut butter

Cooking Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients in blender and purée until thick and smooth. Serve immediately.

Makes 3 to 4 servings.
