Strawberry Banana Blast

Recipe Ingredients:

1 cup low-fat milk*
8 ounces frozen sliced and sweetened strawberries, thawed
8 ounces ice
2 ounces frozen fat free yogurt
1/2 banana
2 tablespoons chocolate-flavored syrup

Cooking Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth. Enjoy!

Makes 2 servings.

*Rice milk or soy milk may be substituted.
