Strawberry Blues Tofu Smoothie
Young and old alike will enjoy this tofu-fortified, double berry smoothie.
Recipe Ingredients:
1 (11.5-ounce) can Strawberry KERNS® from LIBBY'S All Nectar, chilled
1 cup frozen blueberries
1 (8-ounce) container vanilla yogurt
1/2 cup (4-ounces) silken tofu
2 whole strawberries (optional)
Cooking Directions:
- Place nectar, blueberries, yogurt and tofu in blender; cover. Blend until smooth.
- Pour into glasses; garnish with strawberries.
