Strawberry Coconut Decadence
Garnish this thick and delicious concoction with a whole strawberry and a sprinkle of toasted coconut. Serve in your best goblets as a refreshing summertime dessert.
1 (11.5-ounce) can Pineapple Coconut KERNS® from LIBBY'S All Nectar
1 pint vanilla ice cream
1 cup sliced fresh strawberries
1/3 cup cream of coconut
- Place nectar, ice cream, strawberries and cream of coconut in blender; cover. Blend until smooth.
- Pour into chilled glasses.
