Tomato Borsch Cocktail
A nutritious and delicious vegetable beverage served chilled with a dollop of sour cream. Wonderful for brunch.
1 cup tomato juice
3/4 cup beet juice (1 pound jar beets, drained)
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 teaspoon granulated sugar
1 teaspoon onion juice
- In a bowl mix together all ingredients except sour cream. Chill.
- Serve in glasses or mugs topped with a dollop of sour cream.
