Watermelon Mimosa

Recipe Ingredients:

1 cup watermelon juice (purée, strained)
1/2 cup light champagne (preferably not brut, but rather asti or similar)

Cooking Directions:

  1. Divide watermelon juice among 2 to 3 champagne flutes.
  2. Fill with champagne and enjoy!

Makes 3 servings.
