Asiago Sun-Dried Tomato Bread
A recipe for Asiago Sun-Dried Tomato Bread prepared with a bread machine.
1 1/4 cups water
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
2 tablespoons powdered milk
1 teaspoon salt
3 cups white bread flour
2 tablespoons chopped reconstituted sun-dried tomatoes
1/4 cup grated Asiago cheese
1 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
2 teaspoons active dry yeast
- Place ingredients in the bread machine pan in the order suggested by the manufacturer.
- Select Basic bread cycle and start machine.
Makes 1 (1 1/2 pound) loaf.
