Caraway Rye Bread

A recipe for Caraway Rye Bread prepared with a bread machine.

Recipe Ingredients:

1 1/4 cups water
1 tablespoon butter, softened
2 1/2 cups white bread flour
3/4 cup rye flour
2 tablespoons dry milk
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon caraway seed
1 3/4 teaspoons active dry yeast

Cooking Directions:

1. Place ingredients in the bread machine pan in the order suggested by the manufacturer.
2. Select basic bread cycle and start machine.

Makes 1 (1 1/2 pound) loaf.
