Cottage Cheese and Chive Bread
A recipe for Cottage Cheese and Chive Bread prepared with a bread machine.
3/8 cup water
1 cup cottage cheese
1 large egg
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
3 3/4 cups white bread flour
3 tablespoons dried chives
2 1/2 tablespoons granulated sugar
2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast
- Place ingredients in order given by manufacturer of your bread machine.
- Select Sweet or Basic setting and desired Crust Color setting; press start.
Makes 1 (2 pound) loaf.
