Jane's Wine Cake
This terrific recipe for Jane's Wine Cake was submitted by Jane.
1 (18.25-ounce) package yellow cake mix
1 (3.5-ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
4 large eggs
3/4 cup vegetable oil
3/4 cup cream sherry
1/4 cup powdered sugar
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl combine cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, oil, and cream sherry. Blend for 5 minutes; pour into a greased and floured Bundt® pan.
- Bake for 50 minutes.
- Cool completely. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
Makes 16 servings.
