Crispy Double Decker Fudge
Easiest peanut butter and crispy chocolate double decker fudge—ever!
Recipe Ingredients:
1 cup peanut butter chips
1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup crispy rice cereal
Cooking Directions:
- In a heavy saucepan, melt peanut butter chips and 2/3 of the can of sweetened condensed milk. Stir until chips are melted and the mixture is smooth. Add 1/2 teaspoon vanilla. Pour into the a greased 8x8x2-inch square pan.
- In a separate saucepan over low heat, mix the remainder of the can of sweetened condensed milk with chocolate chips. Stir until melted and smooth, then add 1/2 teaspoon vanilla and rice cereal. Spread over the peanut butter mixture. Cover and chill for 2 hours. Cut into 1-inch squares.
Makes 64 (1-inch) squares.
