Five-Minute Fantastic Fudge
Marshmallow gives this fudge body while nuts add flavor and texture.
Recipe Ingredients:
1 2/3 cups granulated sugar2/3 cup evaporated milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups miniature marshmallows
1 1/2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Cooking Directions:
- Line a 13x9x2-inch baking pan with heavy aluminum foil; set aside.
- Combine sugar, evaporated milk and salt in a saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a boil and cook 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat.
- Add marshmallows, chocolate chips, nuts and vanilla. Stir vigorously for 1 minute or until marshmallows are completely melted. Pour into prepared pan and cool until firm. Cut into squares.
Makes 117 (1-inch) squares.
