Walnut Peanut Butter Fudge
Creamy peanut butter fudge with a walnut crunch.
Recipe Ingredients:
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1 cup powdered milk
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon maple extract
1 teaspoon granulated sugar
2 tablespoons heavy cream
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
Cooking Directions:
- Combine creamy peanut butter, powdered milk, salt, vanilla, maple extract, and sugar. Blend well then gradually stir in cream. Mix well then knead in chopped walnuts.
- Press with a rolling pin between two sheets of wax paper until 1/4-inch thick. Remove the top sheet and allow to dry. Cut into squares and wrap.
Makes about 16 pieces.
