Ortega Smoked Chicken Quesadilla
Smoked chicken combined with roasted garlic salsa, cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese make a winning combination in these tasty quesadillas.
2 cups smoked chicken, cooked and shredded
1 cup ORTEGA Salsa - Roasted Garlic (Medium)
4 (8-inch) soft taco-size flour tortillas
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- Combine salsa and chicken; mix well.
- Place chicken mixture on half of each tortilla.
- Combine cheddar cheese and Monterey Jack cheese in small bowl. Sprinkle evenly over chicken mixture. Fold tortillas in half.
- Heat in medium skillet, turning occasionally, until cheese is melted. Serve with sour cream and guacamole.
