Southwest Chicken Breasts

Recipe Ingredients:

4 skinless chicken breasts
1/4 cup pure vegetable oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 teaspoons chili powder
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
Sour cream

Cooking Directions:

  1. Preheat broiler. Spray broiler pan with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. In small bowl, blend oil, garlic, chili powder, oregano and hot sauce. Place chicken on broiler pan. Brush or spoon half of seasoning mixture over chicken.
  3. Broil chicken 8 minutes 4 to 6-inches from heat source. Turn chicken over; brush with remaining seasoning mixture. Broil 8 minutes longer or until internal juices of chicken run clear.
