Swiss Chicken

Recipe Ingredients:

6 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
1 cup (4-ounces) shredded Swiss cheese
5 cups seasoned stuffing mix
1 (10.75-ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1 cup (8 ounces) sour cream

Cooking Directions:

  1. Place chicken in a greased 13x9x2-inch baking dish.
  2. Sprinkle with the cheese and stuffing mix.
  3. Combine soup and sour cream and spread over stuffing.
  4. Bake uncovered, at 375°F (190°C) for 1 hour or until the meat juices run clear.

Makes 6 servings.
