Grapefruit and Yogurt Pops
These pink grapefruit and yogurt pops are so good and refreshing—both you and your kids will want one for breakfast. Go ahead, indulge yourselves!
Recipe Ingredients:
2 cups plain low-fat yogurt
2 cups pink grapefruit sections
1 teaspoon grapefruit zest
1 teaspoon lemon or orange extract
1 cup powdered sugar
Cooking Directions:
- Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor and mix until smooth. Pour into popsicle molds and freeze.
Makes 8 (2.5 ounce) pops.
