Holiday Banana Split
Peppermint stick ice cream puts a holiday flair on this yummy version of a banana split.
Recipe Ingredients:
1 1/2 quarts peppermint stick ice cream
4 small bananas, cut in half lengthwise and crosswise
1/2 cup chocolate-flavored syrup
1 cup whipping cream, whipped
1/2 chopped nuts
Cooking Directions:
- For each serving, place three scoops ice cream into serving bowl. Stand four banana slices up around edge of bowl; drizzle 2 tablespoons chocolate syrup over ice cream. Dollop a generous amount of whipped cream over ice cream; sprinkle with 2 tablespoons nuts.
