Citrus Banana Walnut Spread
This sweetened cream cheese spread combines the flavors of banana, toasted walnut, and orange zest.
Recipe Ingredients:
1/4 cup Splenda® Granulated No Calorie Sweetener
12 ounces light cream cheese
1/2 cup chopped banana
1 1/2 tablespoons orange juice
1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1 teaspoon grated orange rind
1/4 cup toasted walnuts, crushed
Cooking Directions:
- In a medium bowl, blend first six ingredients until smooth. Stir in walnuts. Refrigerate for several hours or overnight to blend flavors.
