Soothing Warm Milk
Have a glass of this calming warm milk to wind down from a busy day of work, school, or play.
Recipe Ingredients:
2 cups 1% low-fat milk
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 tablespoon Splenda® Granulated No Calorie Sweetener
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Cooking Directions:
- In two large mugs, stir together the milk, vanilla and Splenda® Granulated Sweetener. Heat in the microwave on full power for 2 minutes. Stir in nutmeg, and serve hot.
